Check your Ellipal Cold Wallet version
Go to settings;
Select “About”;
View your Ellipal version.
The update below only applies if your version starts with Titan 2.0.
How to check the current version:
Go to the Ellipal website and click: Support -> Filmware update. Then select your model. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the Filmware update. If it's the same as the one on your Ellipal hardware wallet, it's good. If not, download the file to a blank SSD card and insert it into the Ellipal charger. Then insert the Ellipal to update it.

The Micro SD card must be formatted FAT32 for the update to work.
Step 1: Download the update file Make sure to select "Save File." You can also save it directly to the SD card. If you haven't saved it directly, copy the update file to the SD card. If the update file is the only file on the SD card, the preparation is complete. Do not rename or extract the update file. Leave it as is (Ellipal_titanplus_v3.12.1)
NOTE: For Mac OS, your browser preferences (Safari, Chrome, etc.) must be set to "stop automatically extracting downloaded zip files" to properly extract the updated file. This will only work if it's a zip file.
Mac users are advised to download the upgrade file using Chrome instead of Safari to avoid potential upgrade issues.
