Are all products on Cryptoken original?
Sure! Cryptoken is an official partner of all brands of hardware wallets that we sell. This also means that we only sell original, new & sealed wallets. You can be sure that all products you buy from us are 100% original and reliable. Still in doubt? On the website of every brand that we sell, we are listed as an official seller. Ordering & Returns
Can I pick up the products?
Pick-up is currently not possible. Our stock is stored externally, which makes it difficult for us to offer pick-up. However, we do send packages free of charge to a pick-up point or parcel machine in the area!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontant, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto payments. All payments are processed securely via our certified payment provider.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process. We offer free shipping above €50,- for all our customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. A comprehensive overview of the shipping costs can be found on this page .
What is the delivery time of my order?
If you order before 17:00 on a working day, your order (if the product is in stock) will be shipped the same day. On Saturday: ordered before 14:00, shipped today. Delivery is the next day in 95%+ of cases (with the exception of Sunday). For orders outside the Netherlands, a longer delivery time may apply. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the seal of the hardware wallet is fully intact. If the seal is broken, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. For more information on why we cannot accept this, please refer to our return policy .

How does Cryptoken guarantee my privacy?
At Cryptoken, we put the protection of your privacy first. We anonymize all order data one year after purchase and offer anonymous payment options such as cryptocurrency. Can I make anonymous payments at Cryptoken?
Yes, you can pay with us using various cryptocurrencies. This provides an extra layer of anonymity as you do not have to share any financial details or sensitive information during the checkout process.
How does Cryptoken ensure discreet shipping?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with the utmost care. There are no clear indications of the contents of the package or the identity of the sender. Only the recipient's details will be visible, so you can shop with complete peace of mind. In addition, we offer the option of dropping off the package at a PostNL collection point, or even more anonymously, a PostNL parcel machine.
What does order anonymization mean?
Order anonymization means that we delete or anonymize all personal data linked to your order after a certain period. We do this one year after your purchase to ensure your privacy and still comply with tax requirements.
Can I request to have my data anonymized earlier?
Yes, if you would like your data to be anonymized earlier than the standard period of one year, you can contact our customer service. We will expedite the process to ensure that your personal information is anonymized as soon as possible. We recommend that you keep the purchase invoice yourself in case of any future warranty claims.
