Warranty:
1. Defective Products : If your product is not working properly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will strive to provide a fair and appropriate solution to resolve the problem.
2. Warranty Period : We offer a 2-year warranty period for all purchased items. If the manufacturer offers a longer warranty period, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
3. Warranty Claims : To claim warranty, you must be able to provide proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@cryptoken.nl and clearly state the problem and order number. We will assess your claim as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution.
Complaints :
1. Filing a complaint : Should anything not have gone as expected, you can file your complaints by sending an email to info@cryptoken.nl . Please clearly describe the problem, including relevant details such as order number and purchase date.
2. Handling of complaints : Once we have received your complaint, we will carefully investigate it and respond as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 2 working days with an update on the status of your complaint.
3. Resolution : We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. This may range from offering a replacement product, a refund or other appropriate measures to resolve the problem.
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@cryptoken.nl . It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
