Submit your GDPR request for erasure here. After entering your email address, you will receive an email from us once we have successfully "forgotten" your information.
Important information
- At Cryptoken, we are obligated to retain customer data for at least six months. If you submit a GDPR request, your data will be deleted/anonymized after this period.
- For a limited number of data, we are legally obligated to object, which prevents us from deleting it. We are required to retain this data for seven years.
- For business orders, we are required to retain additional data for tax purposes. Please contact us for more information.
- It is important that the customer keeps the invoice for warranty and support from Cryptoken.
