The NVIDIA RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell from PNY is a professional graphics card for workstations. You get NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture and 72 GB of GDDR7 memory with ECC. This makes the card suitable for running large AI models locally, 3D rendering, simulations and video editing. So you do not have to send your data to the cloud.

Blackwell architecture

The GPU is made by TSMC on a custom 4N process and contains 92.2 billion transistors. The chip has 14,080 CUDA cores for parallel computing, 440 fifth-generation Tensor Cores for AI tasks and 110 fourth-generation RT Cores for ray tracing. NVIDIA quotes up to 2064 AI TOPS (FP4, with sparsity). For video, there are three NVENC encoders, three NVDEC decoders and one JPEG engine on board.

Lots of fast memory for large models

How much video memory you have often determines which AI models you can run locally. This card has 72 GB of GDDR7 on a 384-bit memory bus, with a bandwidth of 1344 GB/s. ECC (error correction) ensures that calculations stay reliable, even during long and heavy tasks. With Multi-Instance GPU (MIG), you use the card as one GPU with 72 GB or split it into two isolated 36 GB instances, for example when multiple users or processes use it at the same time.
